At United Spinal Association of Georgia, our mission is to support individuals living with spinal cord injuries and disorders (SCI/D) as they navigate life beyond rehabilitation.
We exist to bridge the gap between hospital care and independent living, providing the resources, relationships, and real-world support needed to move forward with confidence.
Rehabilitation is only the beginning. When individuals return home after a spinal cord injury, they are often faced with challenges that no one fully prepares them for, physical, emotional, and practical. Questions arise. Barriers appear. And too often, people feel like they have to figure it out alone. We believe no one should have to navigate that journey without support.
