United Spinal Association of Georgia is thrilled to launch a Shoe Drive Fundraiser in partnership with Funds2Orgs — and we need YOUR help!
Starting at our Third Annual Wheel & Tunes Event on June 6 at FODAC, we’ll be collecting gently worn, used, and new shoes of all sizes — men’s, women’s, and children’s.
Here’s how it works:
Gather shoes you no longer need from your home, workplace, school, or community. Drop them off at one of our collection locations (more drop-off sites coming soon — stay tuned!) Funds2Orgs distributes those shoes to micro-entrepreneurs in developing nations — creating livelihoods while raising funds for our mission right here in Georgia
Want to do even more? Host your own collection! You can make an even bigger impact by putting out your own announcement and collecting shoes in your neighborhood, workplace, or community group. We’ll come to you — reach out, and we’ll arrange a pickup at your convenience!
Why participate? Every pair of shoes collected puts money directly toward programs supporting people with spinal cord injuries and disorders in Georgia — and helps create sustainable livelihoods abroad. It’s a win for everyone!
Additional drop-off locations coming soon.
