Natural disasters—including hurricanes, severe storms, and floods—can create sudden, critical barriers to safety, mobility, health, and independence.
Through United Spinal’s Ready to Roll Program, the United Spinal Association of Georgia connects Georgians with spinal cord injuries, spinal cord disorders, and mobility disabilities to disaster relief assistance and disability-inclusive preparedness resources.
If you have been affected by a natural disaster, financial assistance may be available to help you recover, regain stability, and maintain your independence.
You may be eligible to apply if you:

Wheelchair & Medical Equipment Repair or Replacement
Repairing or replacing wheelchairs, lifts, and other essential mobility and durable medical equipment damaged or lost during a disaster.

Emergency Accessible Transportation

Home Accessibility & Damage Repair

Life-Sustaining Medical
Supplies
